This service is designed for providers who already have existing Policies & Procedures but need them corrected, revised, and aligned with applicable state licensing, Medicaid waiver, and regulatory requirements based on their provider type and services offered.
The Compliance Correction service goes beyond review by actively updating policy language, correcting deficiencies, and aligning procedures to meet regulatory expectations and reduce risk of denial, citations, or corrective action.
What’s Included
Comprehensive correction of existing Policies & Procedures
Alignment with:
Applicable state regulations
Provider type (non-medical home care, waiver provider, group home, RSA, etc.)
Services licensed or applying to provide
Corrections to:
Missing or incomplete policy sections
Non-compliant or outdated language
Conflicting or inconsistent procedures
Policies that do not align with actual operations
Incorporation of compliance-required language where applicable
One (1) structured revision round for clarification or minor adjustments
Deliverables
Clean, corrected Policies & Procedures manual
Final document provided in Word or PDF format
Manual prepared for licensing review, Medicaid enrollment, or audit readiness
What Is Not Included
This service does not include:
Creation of a brand-new Policies & Procedures manual from scratch
Development of forms, logs, or appendices
Licensing or Medicaid application submission
Ongoing compliance monitoring
Training, mentorship, or legal advice
