General Policy

All services provided are professional consulting, mentorship, compliance guidance, and custom documentation services. Due to the customized nature of our work, all sales are subject to the policies outlined below.

By submitting payment, scheduling a consultation, or engaging in services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in full or according to an agreed payment plan before services begin.

• Payment confirms your commitment and reserves time, resources, and preparation for your service.

• Pricing is discussed and confirmed prior to service delivery.

Failure to submit payment may result in delays or cancellation of services.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the customized, time-based, and intellectual nature of services provided, refunds are not offered for:

• Consultations

• Mentorship services

• Compliance or audit support

• Policies and procedures development

• Forms, templates, or documentation

• Any digital or custom deliverables

Once work has begun, time and resources have been allocated and cannot be recovered.

Consultation Policy

• Consultations are scheduled by appointment only.

• No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

• Consultations are for guidance and assessment purposes and do not guarantee ongoing services.

Scope of Services

Services are customized based on the information provided during the intake and consultation process. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised agreement.

Compliance Disclaimer

While guidance is based on regulatory experience and industry standards, we do not guarantee licensing approval, audit outcomes, or regulatory decisions. Final determinations are made by state agencies and governing authorities.

Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations and maintaining compliance.

Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, policies, procedures, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of the service provider.

Materials may not be shared, sold, duplicated, or redistributed without written permission.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Due to the service-based, customized, and time-allocated nature of our consulting, mentorship, compliance, and documentation services, chargebacks and payment disputes are not permitted.

By submitting payment, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for services rendered.

All concerns regarding billing or services must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery. We are committed to addressing concerns professionally and in good faith.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:

• Immediate termination of services

• Loss of access to deliverables or ongoing support

• Additional administrative or legal recovery actions

This policy is in place to protect both parties and reflects the professional service-based nature of our work.

Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered:

• Payments must be made on time as scheduled.

• Missed or late payments may pause or terminate services.

• No work will continue until the account is brought current.
