These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Success 4 Biz website and your purchase of our consulting, mentorship, training, document-development, digital-resource, and marketing-kit services. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Services and Scope

The specific scope, price, timeline, and included revisions for each service are described in the applicable product listing, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, timely feedback, approvals, and materials needed to perform the work. You remain responsible for your business decisions, regulatory compliance, licenses, filings, and the accuracy of information you submit.

Educational and Business Support

Our information, templates, training, and consulting are provided for educational and business-support purposes. They are not legal, medical, accounting, or tax advice and do not replace advice from a licensed professional or regulator. We do not guarantee licensing approval, certification, revenue, funding, audit results, or any specific business outcome.

Payments

Payment is due as stated at checkout, on an invoice, or in a written agreement. Payment-plan installments remain due according to the agreed schedule. Late or missed payments may pause work, delivery, access, or scheduling.

Timelines and Revisions

Timelines depend on prompt receipt of complete client information, materials, and approvals. Delays by the client may extend delivery dates. Revisions are limited to the number and scope included in the purchased package or written agreement; additional work may require an added fee.

Intellectual Property

Success 4 Biz retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, training materials, and general business resources. After full payment, the client may use final customized deliverables for the client’s own business. Resale, redistribution, copying, or commercial use by third parties requires prior written permission.

Refunds and Cancellations

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because our work reserves professional time and may include immediate preparation, digital access, customized work, or emailed deliverables, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, policies, delays, decisions, or errors of third parties such as payment processors, shipping carriers, website platforms, printers, state agencies, or licensing bodies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Success 4 Biz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to that claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
